To my knowledge, Mykal is only the second male to take on the role of the witch in a professional production. He shines in this role and his rendition of "The Last Midnight" was among the best I've ever seen. All in all, a lovely fresh coat of paint on this timeless production. Also starring Pepe Nufrio (current Jesus in the Regents Park Production of JCS) as Rapunzel's Prince. Shot in crystal clear HD with a good amount of zooms with no obstructions. During Act 1 there are a few interruptions of recording and one drop out when ushers got close and made the recorder antsy, but they are brief and do not take away from the experience. First drop out occurs right at the end of "Act 1 Prologue" and lasts for only a minute. Second drop out occurs right after "Maybe They're Magic" and occurs for just a moment. The third drop out occurs just before the princes arrive on stage for "Agony" and resumes early in the song. The final drop out occurs midway through "On the Steps of the Palace" and resumes at the end of the song. Act 2 has one quick drop out early on after the Baker goes to the palace to report the giant. I would give this recording an A- at bare minimum.‘ 2 dvds, 8.17gb / 1920x1080 mov, 31.57 It Shoulda Been You 21/7/2015 Broadway, vob (NYCG8R’s Master) Lisa Howard (Jenny Steinberg), Sierra Boggess (Rebecca Steinberg), Tyne Daly (Judy Steinberg), Harriet Harris (Georgette Howard), Aaron C Finley (u/s Brian Howard), Josh Grisetti (Marty Kaufman), Chip Zien (Murray Steinberg) Includes several extra clips from the opening night red carpet, the Tonys performance, audience wedding proposals, and more.
